This Privacy Policy explains how Sufian ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Clean Space / SmartScan app ("the App"). Our core philosophy is strict user privacy: we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.

1. Zero Data Collection

The App is designed to function entirely locally on your iPhone. We do not have user accounts, we do not require you to log in, and we do not maintain external servers that receive your data. Apple's App Store accurately categorizes our app under the "Data Not Collected" privacy label.

2. Device Permissions & Local Processing

To provide storage cleaning features, the App requests specific device permissions. All data accessed via these permissions is processed 100% locally on your device. * Photo Library Access: We request access to your Photo Library to identify duplicate photos, screenshots, and large video files. The scanning process uses native Apple frameworks (like Vision and PhotoKit). We do not view, upload, or share your photos. Deletions only occur when explicitly confirmed by you through iOS system prompts.

Contacts Access: We request access to your Contacts to identify duplicate or incomplete entries. This comparison happens locally on your device's processor. Your contact list is never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

Face ID / Touch ID (Local Authentication): If you use the Secure Vault feature, the App utilizes Apple's native Local Authentication framework. Your biometric data is secured by Apple's Secure Enclave; the App only receives a "pass/fail" signal and never has access to your actual Face ID or Touch ID data.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time in-app purchases processed entirely through Apple's App Store (StoreKit).

Payment Processing: All transactions are securely handled by Apple. We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or Apple ID details.

Subscription Terms: If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription (e.g., Premium Yearly), payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. If you cancel, your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Third-Party Analytics and Tracking

We do not use third-party tracking SDKs, marketing analytics, or targeted advertising frameworks. Your usage habits remain strictly private to your device.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app's features or iOS requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
